At Vitano, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our semi-permanent tattoos. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used tattoo products (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, please contact our support team:

- Response time: within 2 business days
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- If you paid via Klarna, the refund will be processed according to Klarna's refund policy
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your bank or card provider — processing times may vary
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@getvitano.co
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@getvitano.co with your order details and photos of the issue.
9. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If you are returning for any other reason, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
