At Vitano, we work hard to get your semi-permanent tattoos to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped
  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@getvitano.co and we will do our best to accommodate your order.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
  • Domestic Shipping (if applicable): 2–5 business days

Exact shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is automatically applied on all orders of 3 or more tattoos
  • Free shipping uses our standard shipping method
  • No discount code needed — it is applied automatically at checkout

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • Vitano has no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows
  • We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order

8. Delays & Lost Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Local postal service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@getvitano.co and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.


9. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@getvitano.co
  • We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched
  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address
  • Vitano is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getvitano.co
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging or items
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
